Over the past year, we’ve made significant improvements to better serve you:

  • Expanded our routes into Leelanau County and parts of Grand Traverse and Wexford Counties

  • Added new trucks and drivers to ensure reliable, on-time pickups

  • Increased office staff to improve responsiveness and customer support

  • Supported our communities through local sponsorships, donations, and volunteer efforts

WHAT’S AHEAD

2026 Rate Changes

Effective January 1, 2026, we will be implementing a rate adjustment to continue investing in reliable service and keeping up with rising operational costs.

  • Rates may vary slightly depending on your location and level of service.

  • We adjust rates only once annually.

  • All increases are reinvested directly into service improvements and maintaining transparency.

Residential Large Item

Beginning September 2025, large item pickups will be available only during the third week of each month.

  • To be included, you must call and schedule at least one week in advance to be included.

  • A disposal fee will apply for large item collections.
Transfer Station Updates

Our Transfer Station remains open to the public:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

We remain committed to keeping rates affordable while providing safe, efficient, and accessible waste disposal options for our customers.

Ways to Save
  • Avoid credit card processing fees by paying via ACH (electronic check)

  • Complete the ACH form online at: ACH AUTHORIZATION FORM

  • Save 10% by paying for the full year in advance
